Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, processing time is 3-5 working days !We then  immediately dispatch your order .

Shipping time: Average Shipping time is 4-12 days.  In some cases it may take up to 14 days.  We source products and work with vendors from all over the world and we ship world wide so shipping may vary at times.  We also ship world wide, international shipping! Note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.We are also not responsible for packages , once indicated it was successfully delivered !For international shipping  once shipped out from the USA we are not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged items/packages !

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to your email ,allowing you to easily locate your product  at any time. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
